If you placed the dots with more irregular shapings and more random placings it would look like it is an old fuzzy polaroid which i think is what your trying to achieve?

i realize that the glowing dots look done terriblly, but after i edited colours, i couldn't figure out how to get rid of them since i merged all the layers already :/
